Terms of service
These terms set out the basic rules for using the Sivrce website and engaging our web design and development services.Payment
The Launch package is paid in full upfront. Business and Signature projects normally use 50% before work begins and 50% before launch, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Client materials
The client is responsible for the rights, accuracy, and timely delivery of supplied copy, photography, logos, and other materials. Late materials may change the delivery date.
Changes and acceptance
Work requested outside the agreed scope is quoted separately. A project is accepted after written approval or the end of any agreed review period.
Intellectual property
After final payment, the client receives the agreed final deliverables and rights. Sivrce retains pre-existing tools, general components, and know-how. Portfolio display can be excluded by written agreement.
Liability
We aim to deliver secure, fast, reliable work, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted third-party services. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.
Termination and law
Either party may end an engagement by written notice; completed work and committed costs remain payable. These terms are interpreted under the laws of Georgia.
